Send goods to our factory for repair:

Within the free repair warranty period, due to the product quality reason lead to faults, you can send it to our factory by yourself or through delivery company.

At the same time, you should send us detailed faults description & your contact information, it is convenient for our repairing and help us to send goods back to you as soon as possible.

Besides, even the products are not in free repair period, whenever you need us to repair products for you, please contact us, we will try our best to help you, but maybe will charge some cost.

Cost of send goods to our factory for repair:

A: We will pay for the freight from us to you when we send goods back to you after repair, but the freight from customer to us must be paid by customer. If you give goods to delivery company and ask them to charge us freight, but you don't get our permission, we will reject the goods. Sorry, but hope you can understand.

Cost of repair:

When we must to replace spare parts for your goods, we will charge you cost, and will ask for your permission and confirmation, then replace them for you. You also can refer to our "price list for replace spare parts".

When a duly repaired product is returned to the customer, we will enclose a "Repair Report" with the product for the customers` reference. The report will set out an analysis of the problem, and list details of repair.

Exclusions from Warranty

Ratingsecu assumes no liability as a consequence of following circumstances, under which will be automatically excluded for warranty,

1.The products & solutions found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.

2.The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by us in its sole unfettered discretion.

3.This warranty is void if the unit is tampered with or altered in any way. If the product is to be used outdoors* or in dusty, humid, or other hostile environments, it must be suitably protected. Camera products specifically, must be protected, whether in use or not, from exposure to direct sunlight or halogen light – which may damage the CCD image sensor. This applies to both indoor and outdoor use of the cameras.

For camera products supplied with a lens, extreme care should be used when mounting a lens on these products. Damage to the product due to incorrectly mounted lenses will invalidate this limited hardware warranty.

4.Product is damaged beyond repairs due to uncontrollable factors such as shipping; nature disasters, including but not limited to lighting strike, flooding, earthquake.

5.This warranty does not cover Ratingsecu products purchased from unauthorized sources of supply. We will not replace these units regardless of whether or not the product is in or out of warranty.

6.The warranty will not be covered under the following conditions :

a)Out-of-warranty products.

b)The product is modified without our approval.

c)Obvious attack of appearance whatever it is.

d)The product is subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, including physical damage, burnt components and broken connectors.

e)The serial number label is removed or altered.
